Massage Services

My Massage Style:

My massage style is a mixture of several modalities aimed toward warming the soft tissue, especially the fascia.  Encouraging positive circulation and opening up your secondary chakras (shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips, knees, ankles and toes).  While relaxing, my massage is also therapeutic.  I try to address any tension I may find while performing the massage within the time provided.

Rejuvenate

This is the ultimate session for those looking for a sanctuary, to escape from life for a little while. I highly recommend the ninety-minute Rejuvenate massage to anyone who wants a professional therapeutic and relaxing massage.  The longer session not only allows me to focus on your relaxation but, also addresses any therapeutic issues I may find during the massage, spending more time in the following areas: face, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, and back. Starting with relaxing breathing and meditation exercises before the massage adds to the experience. $135.00

Relax and Revive

Life can cause so much stress in your neck, back, and shoulders. For this sixty-minute session, I will tailor a session to address your areas of concern so you can feel refreshed and revived. $90.00

Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage (ORM) is a comprehensive rehabilitation system integrating a variety of massage techniques for treating soft tissue pathologies.  ORM applies to the treatment of conditions resulting from any number of activities, such as work, sports, accidents, or prehab/rehab for surgeries. ORM is an organized and effective approach to handling the greater needs of today's clients.

It includes 4 Key Components:

  • orthopedic assessment
  • matching physiology of the tissue injury to the physiological effects of treatment
  • treatment adaptability, and
  • appropriate use of rehab protocol;
    • normalize soft tissue dysfunction
    • improve flexibility
    • restore proper movement
    • strengthening and conditioning

Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons and decompressing rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being. The sixty-minute session includes assessment and treatment.
